Can I arrive outside check-in hours (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM)?
Yes, it is possible to arrange early or late arrivals by notifying us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you with flexibility, subject to cleaning and apartment preparation operations.
How many cars can I park in the covered parking?
The covered parking comfortably accommodates 1 car. For additional vehicles, free public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the building.
Is the WiFi suitable for smart working or video calls?
Absolutely yes. The free WiFi connection is fast and stable, perfect for remote work, video calls, and uninterrupted streaming.
How far are supermarkets and essential stores?
In the center of Revine Lago, just a few minutes’ walk away, you will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and all essential services. We will provide precise directions upon arrival.
How does key delivery work?
We will personally welcome you upon arrival for key delivery and to explain how all the building’s services work. You will also receive a contact number for any needs during your stay.
Is cleaning service provided during extended stays?
For stays longer than 7 nights, it is possible to request intermediate cleaning service with linen change. The service must be arranged in advance and may involve an additional cost.
Is assistance available in case of problems or emergencies?
For medical or security emergencies, immediately contact emergency services (112/118). For any issues related to the property (breakdowns, malfunctions, practical needs), you will have a reference number available to receive prompt assistance during your stay.
Are the internal stairs suitable for elderly people or those with reduced mobility?
The apartment is spread over multiple levels connected by internal stairs. As there is no elevator, we do not recommend the property for people with significant mobility difficulties. Contact us to evaluate the best solution together.
Can I leave luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, by prior arrangement it is possible to store luggage before 3:00 PM or after 11:00 AM, subject to cleaning operations. Please let us know your needs in advance.
Are air conditioning and heating present in all rooms?
Yes, both air conditioning and heating are available throughout the apartment. The systems are independently adjustable to ensure the ideal temperature in every season.
